The Bookworm Contest is open for entries.
Submission Guidelines
- Post an opening chapter and include the word bookworm or worm.
- Judging will be based on the first five sentences (to a maximum of 500 words). You may include the entire chapter for users who are hooked and want to read on.
- You may edit/change, remove/replace your entry until the deadline. If you have multiple entries, the single most recent will be considered eligible.
Entry fee: Free to enter
Prizes: $200 CAD. Second and third $100 and $50, respectively.
*For entrants outside of Canada, the winnings will be converted to USD at the time of contest closure.
Deadline: October 28th, 2025 @ 23:59:00 (Eastern Standard Time)
