The “I Matter” 2026 Contest is open for entries.
Submission Guidelines
- Each entry must be original poetry or an art creation that is solely created by the student.
- The poem or art submitted must be on the topic of Equality.
- The contest is open to students in grades K to 12.
- The contest is open to residents of the United States, as well as to international students.
- One poetry and one art entry per person.
Entry fee: Free to enter
Prizes: The winning entry will be posted on their social media pages each year by October 30th (@NYFUSA on Twitter and Facebook – National Youth Foundation on Instagram).
Deadline: July 23, 2026.
