Helen: A Literary Magazine focuses on expanding the perspective of the city of Las Vegas and greater Southern Nevada area, as well as giving a special spotlight to diverse local talent and those with a connection to the region.
They are especially seeking work by people of color, LGBTQIA+, disabled creatives, and other marginalized groups who write and actively create work in all the categories they seek to publish.
They actively seek pieces that explore themes such as hope and perseverance.
Submit poetry, creative nonfiction, and flash fiction. Do not submit book manuscripts, poetry collections, or chapbooks.
