By submitting the Work to the Publisher, the Author warrants to the Publisher that the work is original to them and that they have the right and permission to submit the Work to the Publisher. The Author further warrants that in the instance of Work submitted to the Publisher, that the Work is true and not a fabrication, that the Work is not libellous and that any facts contained in the Work are wholly true.

The Author of the Work retains full copyright of the Work. However, by submitting the Work to the Publisher the Author agrees to grant the Publisher an irrevocable and non-exclusive and royalty free licence to publish, adapt and reproduce the Work in any form and to licence the Work in any form for the duration of copyright.

Definitions:

  • The Work: The piece of content being submitted
  • The Author: The person submitting the Work
  • The Publisher: The Writing District and its associated companies

The Publisher takes no responsibility, express or implied, for the completeness, accuracy or reliability of contributions made to the Publisher. In no event will the Publisher be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the publication of contributions.
